"Lori, I cannot tell you what yesterday meant for myself, my partner and my tribe. You set such a powerful tone for the day and without that, the openness and love would not have been where it was . . . "
"It was so necessary to spend the morning with someone who helped ground and shift perspective to create a nothing but love experience for the day. Your impact on this world matters so much. We all looked up to you yesterday . . ."
"My gratitude for you cannot be expressed to the full extent I wish I had words to say. We love you. Thank you."
"It was such an inspiring experience to watch Lori share her knowledge of the land with the kids in my daughter’s 2nd grade class. Not only did she teach them about the edibles and the healing plants growing right there on the school grounds, she also spoke to them about stewardship of the land, which I believe is an incredibly important concept for young people to understand..."
"...Not only does Lori possess a deep knowledge of the land, and a passion for sharing it, but also a wonderful gift for communicating that knowledge with young, inquisitive minds. I genuinely hope my children get the opportunity to spend more time with Lori, as I believe that a real connection to Nature is just as important as any of the other subjects taught at school."
"Lori has a wonderful and deep knowledge in plants. She explains, shows, give all useful information about plants from the region of Vancouver, and also ask you to recognize the One from your country. She is "connected" to her Land, and she inspired you to be connected, aim is health, and safe the planet. A wonderful journey that I would like to recommend to All who have interest in Nature, Health, Medecine, Heathly food,.. Thanks Lori for sharing your knowledge!"
"I feel that the children in Division 10 were mesmerized by the information you gave them. It enabled them to see their natural surroundings from a completely different perspective. To them your knowledge was magical; plants have such special qualities, that they simply have no knowledge of. In addition your walks engage all of their senses which is essential to truly learn in a meaningful way. I will certainly be in touch next school year to ask for another expert Edible Nature walk. Thank you"
"Lori was a wonderful host! She taught me a lot and I enjoyed this activity! I highly recommend her tour!"
